Alternative Payment Methods

We do have two alternative payment methods that work well for customers who do not have Bitcoin.

1. We email you a payment request with Credit Card or EFT instructions

​

1.1. If you haven't already, then use the form on the right (or below on a mobile) to enter the order number of the order you just placed and then select the way you would like to pay and hit "Submit".  We'll process that and email you back a payment request.

1.2. Please follow the instructions we send you carefully.  Transfers depend on your banks system and can be instant or take from 1 to 4 working days.

​

1.3. Once your transfer clears we will send you a confirmation note that we have everything needed and its on its way to dispensing.  The next step is that dispensing will send out your package to the shipper and you will get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once the shipper returns a tracking number to us.

Green Cross Pharmacy now have 7 global accounts that we can accept EFT bank transfer into. They are in the USA, Japan, China, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Germany. When you ask to pay by EFT our email to you will include the banking details of our nearest account and the amount in the currency you can pay into that account. We can now accept EFT transfer is USD, JPY, CNY, AUD, NZD, GBP and EUR. If You would prefer to pay in a different currency and to a different one of our bank accounts then let us know and we'll send you the relevant details.
