CoviSelf Rapid Antigen Test (PathoCatch) x 1 kit pack with one test in it
For the testing of the presence of antigens to the Covid-19 virus. Sensitive to all known variants including omicron. A positive test indicates infection by Covid 19. Please note that while this is a highly sensitive and effective test, all CV19 tests can have a false positive and false negative. It is possible to be infected with CV19 and infect others before you show symptoms or get a positive response on a Rapid Antigen Test. Follow the instructions carefully.
The CoviSelf (PathoCatch) test has received approval from the ICMR and has 98.6% sensitivity and 98.8% specificity as against a traditional ICMR test.
The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Australia rates sensitivity as follows:
- Acceptable sensitivity - clinical sensitivity greater than 80% PPA
- High sensitivity - clinical sensitivity greater than 90% PPA
- Very high sensitivity - clinical sensitivity greater than 95% PPA

Please note that the app mentioned, and some of the instructions, relate to registering your test with the Indian government service. That is only required for Indian residents. You will be able to use the test just by looking at the test and control marks on the test kit itself after following the procedure in the video.
